Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ReloadX (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) — a digital storefront for game top-ups, gift-card vouchers, game keys and related digital products. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReloadX.

1. Who we are & what we sell

ReloadX resells digital products sourced from third-party distributors and publishers — including in-game currency top-ups, prepaid gift-card and voucher codes, PC/console game keys, and wallet or subscription top-ups. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, platform, or brand named on the site. All trademarks, game names and logos belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, current information and verify your email address before you can sign in.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Accounts and wallet balances are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, payment disputes, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. Digital products & delivery

Orders are fulfilled automatically and electronically, usually within minutes. Delivery means one of:

• a code or key shown in your account (gift cards, vouchers, game keys); or
• a top-up credited directly to the account or ID you provided (game top-ups, wallet or subscription top-ups).

Some products are region- or platform-restricted and only work on an account registered in the matching region or store. Where a restriction applies it is stated on the product page — it is your responsibility to confirm your account can redeem the product before buying.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken via bKash or from your ReloadX wallet balance.
• The price you pay is the price our server confirms for your order at checkout. We never charge an amount other than the one shown on the order.
• Prices, stock and availability can change at any time. Supplier rates and exchange rates may cause prices to move without notice.
• You are responsible for any bank, mobile-wallet or third-party charges on your side of the payment.

5. ReloadX wallet

You may add funds to your ReloadX wallet (minimum ৳50 per deposit) to check out faster. Wallet balance is store credit for purchases on ReloadX. Any automatic refunds for undeliverable orders are returned to your wallet. Wallet funds are not a bank deposit, earn no interest, and are intended to be spent on the Service.

6. Order status & failed orders

An order moves from awaiting payment to paid, delivering, and finally delivered. If a paid order cannot be delivered — for example the supplier is out of stock or rejects it — it is marked failed and the amount is automatically refunded to your ReloadX wallet. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for fraud, money-laundering, or with stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
• file false payment disputes or chargebacks on orders that were delivered;
• attempt to buy region-locked products for accounts that cannot legitimately redeem them;
• resell, scrape, automate, or overload the Service, or interfere with its security or other users;
• provide someone else’s details without permission, or breach the terms of the underlying publisher or platform.

8. Third-party products & publishers

Codes, keys and top-ups are ultimately issued by third-party publishers and platforms and are subject to their terms of use. We are not responsible for a publisher banning, region-locking, devaluing or discontinuing a product, or for issues arising inside a game or platform after a top-up is delivered.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
