Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
ReloadX sells digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once issued. This policy explains the limited situations where a refund applies, how our automatic refunds work, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.
The short version: if we can’t deliver your paid order, you’re refunded to your ReloadX wallet automatically. If your order was delivered — or failed because of details you entered — it is not refundable. Always double-check your Player ID, username and region before paying.
1. Digital goods are non-returnable
Codes, keys and top-ups are consumable digital items. Once a code has been revealed to you, or a top-up has been credited to the account you specified, the product has been used or is capable of being used and cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged. This is standard for digital goods and is why we ask you to confirm your details at checkout.
2. Automatic refunds for undeliverable orders
If you pay and we are unable to deliver the product — for example it is out of stock, or the supplier rejects or fails to fulfil it — the order is marked failed and the full amount is automatically refunded to your ReloadX wallet. You don’t need to do anything; you’ll see it back in your balance and can spend it on another order right away.
3. When you’re eligible for a refund
- Order failed / not delivered — handled automatically as above.
- Wrong or duplicate charge — you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that was never created.
- Dead-on-arrival code — a delivered code is verifiably invalid or was already used before it reached you. Report it promptly with the code and evidence, and do not attempt to redeem it further.
- Wallet deposit that failed to credit — money left your bKash but never appeared in your ReloadX balance.
4. When a refund is not possible
- Wrong details entered — you provided an incorrect Player ID, server/region, username or login and the top-up was delivered to it. We cannot recover a top-up sent to the ID you entered.
- Change of mind — you no longer want a product that was delivered and works.
- Region / platform mismatch — you bought a region- or platform-restricted product for an account that can’t redeem it, where the restriction was stated on the product page.
- Publisher-side issues — a ban, price change, in-game problem, or account action taken by the game publisher or platform after successful delivery.
- Already redeemed codes — a code that has been redeemed, shared, or partially used.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are credited to your ReloadX wallet balance so they can be re-spent instantly. Wallet credit is store credit for use on ReloadX. Where a refund to the original payment method is required by law, we will arrange it — such refunds are processed to the original bKash account and may take additional time to appear depending on the provider.
6. How to request a refund
If you believe your order qualifies under section 3 and it wasn’t handled automatically:
- email support@reloadx.com from your account email;
- include your order reference (shown in Purchases / Top-Up History) and a short description of the problem;
- for a dead-on-arrival code, include the code and any error/redemption message;
- please contact us within 7 days of the order so we can investigate with the supplier.
We aim to review requests within 1–3 business days. Some cases require us to confirm with the upstream supplier, which can take a little longer.
7. Chargebacks
Please talk to us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback on an order that was successfully delivered may result in your account being suspended pending review.
